General Conditions

• Campaign period: 1st April 2025 - 31st December 2025

• Referrers are not allowed to misrepresent Aflaa Studio, its services, or act as a representative, employee, or agent.

• Aflaa Studio is not responsible for any misuse of this referral program. Any false referrals, misrepresentation, or unethical behavior will result in disqualification without notice.

• This program is open to the public, excluding those directly involved in ongoing Aflaa Studio projects to avoid conflict of interest.

• Aflaa Studio reserves the right to reject or disqualify any referral or participant if fraud, abuse, or violation of these T&C is suspected.

How It Works

• Refer a potential client to Aflaa Studio by sharing their full name and contact details or simply forward our contact to them.

• A referral is only valid if:

  • The referred client is new and has had no prior contact with Aflaa Studio.

  • The referred client signs a service agreement with Aflaa Studio.

  • The project is fully completed and fully paid by the referred client.

  • The referrer has signed Aflaa Studio’s Referral Form upon project confirmation.

• If more than one participant refers the same client, only the first qualified referral received by Aflaa Studio will be considered valid.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, as long as each referral meets the stated conditions.

• Referrals must be made before the client contacts Aflaa Studio directly.

Your Reward

• You will receive 2% of the total project cost as a referral reward.

• Payment will be made only after the project is completed and Aflaa Studio has received full payment from the client.

• The referral reward shall be disbursed via bank transfer or any mutually agreed payment method within thirty (30) days upon receipt of full and final payment from the referred client.
